Endevor processor getting S0C4 in program CWPCDRVR

Issue/Introduction

While doing an Add of a COBOL program, the processor is abending with a S0C4 in program CWPCDRVR:

Program CWPCDRVR is a Compuware Xpediter module - not an Endevor program. 
CA Technologies do not have access to the Xpediter code and cannot debug the abend.
