Users seemingly hang when using Output Management Web Viewer

Issue/Introduction

Users of CA View Web Viewer are hanging up in the browser (IE). The started task DRASSTC is using a lot of IO and CPU. There is a dump being produced on DRASSTC. We have to cancel DRASSTC in order to have users login again. The problem is recurrent. A lot of users using the Web Viewer.

Resolution

DRAS Actually not hanging - it continues to process at the time it is canceled / recycled. Changes we made last night (increasing Threads, DRAS system priority, OMWV timeout to 999) and the CPU being a little less busy have resolved this issue.
