Issue/Introduction

How can we control data-time conversion from sdgtw probe to ServiceNow or other Helpdesk platforms.

Resolution

the following options need to be configured in the sdgtw probe configuration file

convert_time_to_date_format=true

date_format = MM/dd/yyyy HH:mm:ss    ( this can be changed to the required format)

sdgtw version 1.40T3 is needed for this functionality.
