10.2.3 SS crash in LLDP when modeling Nokia Alcatel devices

Issue/Introduction
After installing CA Spectrum 10.2.3 and discovering connections on devices, the SS crashes (has a segmentation fault). The stack output shows the fault in LLDP createPortMap discovery which occurs when discovering connections:

Cause
Code fault.
Environment
Release: 10.2.3 Component: SPCCSS
Resolution
This is resolved by PTF (program temporary fix) Spectrum_10.02.03.PTF_10.2.317. This fix will is also tentatively scheduled to be included in the 10.2.3 BMP (once released) and 10.3 (once released).
The release notes show:
Symptom: SpectroSERVER got crashed while discovering connections on Alcatel devices. Resolution: Discover connection will be successful for Alcatel devices. (DE355138, 00996619 )
