Issue/Introduction

Job was able to open Pop up in 4.5 Autosys but its unable to open pop up in 11.3+ WAAE version.

Cause

 

This issue occurs because by default 4.5 Agent is interactive and system Agent is not.

Environment

On Any 11.3+ WAAE version.

Resolution

To make 11.3+ version Agent support as Interactive we have to add below parameter to jil, so that the specific job on Agent works as interactive.

 

interactive: y | n


 

Note # This is only for job level.

Additional Information

If you need entire Agent 11.3+ Agent to behave as interactive, you have to add below parameter in agentparam.txt file.

oscomponent.interactive=true
