Issue/Introduction

Connector throws an EnvironmentalKey error message when running the connector

Cause

The connector will throw an EnvironmentalKey error when one of the following has occurred:

• connection detail in the configuration file has changed,
• or the file name has changed,
• or the file location has changed

Resolution

Any time there is a change to a connection detail in the configuration file the username and password must be re-entered in plain text, in both the <RallyConnection> and the <QCConnection> sections before re-running the connector.
