What does the following messages in c2o.log mean?

The given errors appear repeatedly in the c2o.log and a recycle of PAM Services generally resolves the message.
Error comes from ActiveMQ regarding orphaned records in the recovery state table. This has been resolved in 4.3 SP03
We advise to upgrade to either 4.3 SP03 or higher to address this issue.
