Issue/Introduction

Encountering a S0C1 abend NO ACTIVE MODULE / UNKNOWN when executing CA Fast Unload for DB2 for z/OS (PFU) following upgrade
to a new release.  Executing two different CA DB2 tools releases concurrently in the same environment.

Cause

The PFU JCL contained a //STEPLIB DD but did not allocate the current release hlq.CDBALOAD.  
The previous release hlq.CDBALOAD is in the LINKLIST.

Resolution

Once the current release hlq.CDBALOAD was allocated to the //STEPLIB DD this resolved the S0C1 abend.
