OpenAPI pct_im_UtilizationIn / Out is about 1.5 times larger than the same field of Dashboard in CA Performance Centre (CAPC)

Issue/Introduction

Creating monthly report by using Odata query (OpenAPI), however, the network interface utilization percent of OpenAPI daily value is about 1.5 times larger than the same Metric shown in the Dashboard view in CAPC.

Doesn't the OpenAPI's "resolution=DAY" process mean value of the day?

Resolution

In this scenario, the OpenAPI metric fields being used which display different values to the dashboard are portmfs: pct_im_UtilizationIn and pct_im_UtilizationOut.

When using OpenAPI metrics im_UtilizationIn and im_UtilizationOut instead, then each OpenAPI and Dashboard value match.

The following shows the equivalent OpenAPI metrics of UtilizationIn for the On-Demand reports:
