CAUAJM_W_10419 Error When Starting a WAAE Job From CA-7

When attempting to start a job in WAAE from CA7, a "CAUAJM_W_10419 Job Execute Access Denied!" error is logged to the Scheduler log and a JOBFAILU event is returned to CA7.

WAAE 11.3.x O/S: ANY DB: ANY EEM Enabled for WAAE Security
When setting up the job in CA7 to send a job request to WAAE, a SUBUSER is specified to be sent with the job request. This user must be granted execute permission for the WAAE job via an as-job policy in EEM.
