Resolution

The entry you are seeing in the ACFRPTRV is not a violation,
it is the result of a RACROUTE REQUEST=AUDIT CLASS=APPCLU saf call.
The request is issued to log a request to find the profile record.
To find out who issued the request, you can start a SAF SECTRACE
and it will show who is the caller of the request.
SECTRACE SET,ID=PALU,TYPE=SAFP,FORMAT=DUMP,TRACE=ALL
nn CAS21200 SPECIFY RACROUTE PARAMETERS, CANCEL OR END
r nn,REQUEST=AUDIT
nn CAS212210 CONTINUE SAF RACROUTE SPECIFICATIONS, CANCEL, OR END
r nn,END
n CAS21100 CONTINUE SECTRACE SPECIFICATIONS, CANCEL, OR END
r nn,end
You should be able to see the program that is issuing the request in the header section.
