New GENCVAF CVAF RESUME needed messages in MSGE

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading CA Vantage SRM from version 12.6 to version 14.0, we are now seeing the following messages in the MSGE0001 log for the SAMS task. We are not sure if these messages indicate an issue that we need to address. Please advise. 

 

GENCVAF CVAF RESUME needed, vol=IO5AB0 

GENCVAF CVAF RESUME needed, vol=IO5ACA 

GENCVAF CVAF RESUME needed, vol=IO5A1P 

GENCVAF CVAF RESUME needed, vol=IO5AB0 

GENCVAF CVAF RESUME needed, vol=IO5ACA

Cause

CVAF messages are most likely issued due to big VTOC data. It is not an error and is part of MSGE which are messages for developers. 

Resolution

Just ignore the message as it has no impact on your environment.

The removal of the debugging CVAF messages will occur in a future PTF with other CVAF corrections depending on their importance.
