slow performance on NFA Console

Issue/Introduction

When Customer open an interface report in the NFA console, the data are displayed after 40 seconds .

This problem appears for all interfaces . 

Environment

win2008 R2 , NFA 9.3.x

Cause

This is a performance problem on the harvester : the console queries the data from the harvester files ;

customer have around 30 Go of data recorded .

Resolution

Purge the historical data changing the kept period in the data_retention base :

settings table : reduce the freeSpacePercentage value

datastores table : reduce the period given by the currentStartTime and currentEndTime columns , for each of the

data types .
