CA UIM Mobile receiving ALL Notifications for simple account users.

Issue/Introduction

1. Connect CA UIM Mobile app 8.4.1 to UMP

2. Log in with an account/contact
Activate notifications (Major +) 

3. Observe behavior

Android:
Notifications of alarms outside the application come in from any system in the UIM environment and not only from specific account:

 

IOS:
notifications outside the application do not work at all.

 

4. In Android, when any of the unexpected alarms are clicked the below error is displayed:
