Issue/Introduction
We're seeing duplicate incidents being created from the same UIM alarm in SDGTW.

Release: CNMSPP99000-8.5-Unified Infrastructure Mgmt-Server Pack-- On Prem Component:
Resolution
This was related to incorrect field mappings. The field's were mapping to areas in ServiceNow that did not exist. Once the field mappings were deleted the issue was resolved.
