SQLCODE = -805 error DBRM or PACKAGE NAME NOT FOUND in Sysview for Db2 plan IDBSPLAN

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to read a trace following the following steps:  

Step 1.  From TPX menu go into Sysview Performance Management Option for Db2 for z/OS (IDB2)

Step 2.  Choose option 8 (user started reports)

Step 3.  Choose option 2 (Start Menu)

Step 4.  Chose option 4 (Hierarchical Application Probe (pauses when full))

Step 5. Setup report options.

Step 6: Let the report run until pauses.

Step 7.  Select report 

Step 8. Select plan

Step 9. Place a T next to program to show SQL text the following error is displayed after pressing enter:

Error encountered trying to OPEN the CURSOR for READING TE STSSTMT TABLE

DSNT4080I SQLCODE = -805, ERROR: DBRM OR PACKAGE NAME...NOT FOUND IN PLAN IDBSPLAN REASON 03

Resolution

Usually rebinding the PLAN fixes this problem but for this particular case the cause was user pointing to the wrong DBRM.
