Unable to cleanup submitted task in Adminui

Issue/Introduction

When we try to cleaup submitted task in Adminui, we get this error 

 

 "Error: Task failed" Fatal: Failed to execute

  CleanupSubmittedTasksEvent. ERROR MESSAGE: Syntax error: Encountered

  "runtimeStatusDetailAttribute12" at line 1, column 8

 

How can I solve this ?

 

Environment

SiteMinder Policy Server Version:12.52.105 Build 2113 Policy Server OS & Bit version:Solaris 10 64bits AdminUI Version: 12.52.105.2112 AdminUI Server OS & Bit version:Solaris 10 64bits

Cause

This problem is related to a third party issue. This third party component has been upgraded in the AdminUI 12.6SP1 to fix this issue.

Resolution

Upgrade the AdminUI to 12.6SP1 to solve this issue. Note that according to upgrade the AdminUI, you do need to upgrade Policy Server and Policy Store to 12.6SP1 too.
