Issue/Introduction

We recently upgraded from SAM 4.1.5 to SAM 4.2.2. We have a new cron job, process queued requests, and it's set to disabled.  Should this cron job be enabled?

Environment

CA Software Asset Manager, 4.2.0 and higher

Resolution

It is normal to have this cron job set to 'disabled' after an upgrade.   Process queued requests is an optional cron job, ONLY used if you have the CA SAM Flow Control module installed.   Leave the process queued request cron job disabled if you are not using the CA SAM Flow control module.
