Issue/Introduction

When backing up the SYSGEN, if I do not have any Resource Tables or Nodes defined, is it okay to just back up SYSTEM.DDLDML or
do I need to also backup SYSTEM.DDLDCLOD?

Environment

Release:
Component: IDMS

Resolution

If the Resource Table just has all the defaults and has no Resource Tables defined, then you do not really do CV-TO-CV access using NODES so for Sysgen changes there would be nothing in SYSTEM.DDLDCLOD that would need to be saved. So you only the SYSTEM.DDLDML needs to be backed up in these cases.
