Slow Performance for WCC AE and EEM

Issue/Introduction



Seeing slow performance within WCC and AE.   Upwards of 30+ second response times with frequent message of "Application Server has timed out".

Resolution

Confirm if EEM is experiencing slowness when it searches for users and groups from the user store / LDAP.  
Test the connectivity and speed between the EEM and LDAP servers.
Make use of the filtering options within EEM's attribute mapping to limit the number of users and groups seen as that will increase performance.
