Where to find documentation on using the Eclipse-Based UI

Issue/Introduction

We are beginning to use the Eclipse-Based UI, but we are having some issues. Where can I find documentation on how to use the interface ? such as how to create project,  how to add different element types to the same project and how to add additional components to an existing project.

Here is V18 Eclipse UI online "Endevor Eclipse Help", user can download each chapter as PDF by clicking the 'PDF" icon on top of the contents.
