S0C4 after TLMS upgrade

Issue/Introduction

After a dynamic upgrade, experiencing 
SYSTEM COMPLETION CODE=0C4  REASON CODE=00000010
when running batch jobs. 

Also may experience  
ICE185A error

IEC999I IFG0194K,Z8224R,STEP1
and also
TLMSMODV

Environment

Cause

During the upgrade the 12.6 intercept table was not removed. Now after the upgrade the new 14.0 hook sets are mixed with the previous hook sets. Both sets compete for control and cause errors.

Resolution

Perform an IPL and use a fresh TLMS 14.0 init
