Issue/Introduction

An job of SAPJC type failed with the following error:

BAPI_XBP_JOB_COPY function failed. R/3 Code: E;034;Internal problem function BAPI_XBP_JOB_COPY

Environment

Workload Automation AE 11.3.6, Workload Automation Agent for SAP 11.3.

Cause

This is an issue on the SAP side.  SAP job user did not have proper authorization to copy a job or access the external command.

 

Resolution

Give proper authorizations to the SAP user.
