Issue/Introduction
An EV rule is setup to execute a local process defined in the active system image.
I was always of the understanding that if there is a local copy of a process, that one will always run and not the one from the global version.
I cannot seem to get these 2 local processes to trigger and I have no idea why.

ServiceView and EventView components can only use global processes.
ResourceView components can use both local and global types of processes.
