Can we route GSVC messages to SYSLOG

Issue/Introduction

Hi, we have zOS 2.1 with CICS TS 5.3.
In our CICS log, we have GSVC message such as below
GSVC071I (GSVI) CICS SIT Option: MINTLSLEVEL TLS10
To trap this alert by OPSMVS, we need the above message to be routed to SYSLOG

Add the following entry to the MESSAGES Parmlib member in front of the )EOF that is in the member.
