When uploading a document to the project Documents section of the CA PPM New User Experience the upload fails

Issue/Introduction

When uploading single document type to the project Documents section of the CA PPM New User Experience the upload fails with the following message on the screen:

Could not upload "Document Name.extention"
Allowed file extensions: vsd, xlsx, doc, docx, pdf

Environment

Release: All Releases

Resolution

- In Administration > General Settings > System Options > Authorized File Extension
- Remove any spaces between your defined list of Authorized File Extensions
For example: vsd,xlsx,doc,docx,pdf

Additional Information

If uploading any/all documents results in SRCH-02001 Error While Searching or Adding to the Knowledge Store, you may need to re-index the store.
