CA PAM Client Error- Checking for update failed with HTTP code 406

Issue/Introduction

When trying to start a connection to CA PAM using the CA PAM Client the following error is received:
"Checking for update failed. Reason: Server returned HTTP response code: 406 for URL: https://<pam_address>/client/structure.php?os=<os_name>"

Cause

This error is showing up because the CA PAM License Agreement has not been accepted yet. When a new CA PAM instance is first deployed someone needs to read and accept the license agreement.

Resolution

The License Agreement page is not accessible via the CA PAM Client, so in order to fix this someone will need to visit PAM from a web browser. When visiting PAM for the first time from a web browser the license agreement will show up. First the license agreement should be read, then if you agree with it click "I Agree".

After agreeing the CA PAM Client should begin to work with this appliance as expected.
