DSERIES- SERVERCA Workload Automation DE - System Agent (dSeries)
Issue/Introduction
Since certain dates, CAWA DE server stopped creating the log files, first, the auditlogs, then the tracelogs.
Environment
Release: Component: DSRIES
Resolution
The problem is with the index.xml file located in the DE's ..logs/buffer directory; the file is corrupted, has an empty content, compressed (not readable), and so forth. Stop DE server. Delete the index.xml file. Start DE server, a new file will be created. NB. If there is other DE installation of the same version, the index.xml can be taken from it and copied over.
