APM 12.9 Contact field displayed after deleting from configuration

I am setting up a Global Configuration in IT Asset Manager. I am hiding certain fields from the configuration. When I turn the configuration off I can see the field.
If the user is in the System Administrator role, this is by design.
System Administrator was created by default to allow the admins to set up the interface for the other users and roles.
