Contacts and Cost Centers are not installed from Load Data

After connecting IT Asset Manager to Software Asset Manager the "Load Data" was started from ITAM. The load stopped updating before "Contacts" and "Cost Centers" started moving over.
Verify Companies have Divisions and Contacts have valid Companies.
