What action is required when message TRAC733E - TABLE SERVICES : DSNTBL01 ACTIVATION FAILED occurs in CA Jobtrac?

Resolution

The TRAC733E - TABLE SERVICES: DSNTBL01 ACTIVATION FAILED messages is normally an indication  that there is not enough space to hold the entries in the ADR table.  To address this, you will need to increase the TSDSNSPA value in the JOBTR00 PPOPTION member.  The max value is 25000.  To activate the change you will need to recycle Jobtrac with a BACK command (EX:  F JOBTRACn,BACK) and afterwards start the Jobtrac task back up (S JOBTRACn).

It is possible to receive this messages for other table services as well.   If the message occurs for any of the other tables listed below make the increase to the appropriate values specified in the JOBTR00 PPOPTION member.
MSGTBL increase TSMSGSPA
CMDTBL increase TSCMDSPA
PGFTBL increase TSPGFSPA
