Unable to change Wotkflow Task Status getting error AHD05724:Not a valid transition

Issue/Introduction

While trying to change workflow task status to complete from Pending getting error "wf.status::status_condition(): AHD05724:Not a valid transition".

Environment

Service Desk Manager 17.x

Cause

It occurs if no status is defined or the selected task is invalid.

Resolution

The error message "wf.status::status_condition(): AHD05724:Not a valid transition" is prompted due to following reasons:

1. Whenever a status should not be selected for a workflow status.

2. It does not exist in the behavior template list.

3. It is a value that can't be selected like "Cancelled", which is only set when the ticket or CO is "Cancelled"

It is necessary to ensure that the category workflow tasks have valid behavior templates for each task.
