Issue/Introduction

Identity manager Application is not starting up and showing Snapshot database upgrade error

Resolution

Run manually the /opt/CA/IdentityManager/IAM_Suite/IdentityManager/tools/imrexport/db/Oracle/ims_oracle_report_delete.sql followed by the ims_oracle_report.sql script.
