How remove the CA1 modules from CSA ?

Issue/Introduction
We need to remove the CA1 modules loaded to CSA. How we can do this ?

CA-1 uses the CSA to move many modules above the line for CSA.
You can see what is loaded into ECSA and CSA if you look at the startup of CA90s for CA-1. We list all modules loaded into ECSA and CSA.
When we use the REINIT,LPA=xxxxxxxx, or REINIT,LPA=ALL we will use more CSA or ECSA and not free the old usage from the original load of the module.
An IPL is the only way to clean it up.and perhaps it should increase the CSA in the future.
