Spectrum OneClick "SPC-OCC-10267 An unexpected error occurred"
Article ID: 74787
In the Spectrum OneClick console the customer gets an error message:
SPC-OCC-10267: An unexpected error occurred: java.lang.Exception:SPC-OCC-10267: An internal web server error occurred. See the log file on the web server for details.
The following error is seen in the $SPECROOT/tomcat/log/stdout.log (Windows) or catalina.out (Linux) file:
java.lang.IllegalStateException: Can't overwrite cause with com.sun.mail.smtp.SMTPSenderFailedException: 501 5.1.7 Invalid address
This seems to happen whenever an alarm is assigned to a user or an alarm is acknowledged.
Whenever an alarm is assigned to a user, the sender name is used, instead of the sender email address.
This issue is addressed in the 10.02.02.D317a patch for Spectrum 10.2.2.
This is also addressed in Spectrum 10.3.0 or greater.
