Cause

This happens when you have installed Remote Operations Server on the machine instead of the complete SpectroSERVER. By design Remote Operations Server is limited to managing 100 device models. Reference https://techdocs.broadcom.com/us/en/ca-enterprise-software/it-operations-management/spectrum/10-3/managing-network/remote-operations-suite/using-remote-operations-suite.html

- You can verify this by checking the Summary file under "<SPECROOT>\Install-Tool\logs" folder.

- The existence of "Remote Operations Connector" item shows that is a Remote Operations Server installation.

Resolution

You will need to uninstall the existing installation and reinstall the complete SpectroServer to remove this limitation.
