Issue/Introduction

Culprit JCL that was working in R18 is now abending in 19.0 with:

Cause

18.5 PTF RO71145  that was Sourced with 19.0 that caused all CULPRIT modules now use LE Runtime only. 

 

Resolution

Add the LE runtime library to the Culprit JCL STEPLIB and remove any COBOL 2 libraries.
