Issue/Introduction

The customer is getting error messages about duplicate rows detected in their database.

Resolution

In the Admin Tool, make a small change to the defined CA7 or Autosys instance (for example, add a description or modify the description). Save the instance. When the DBSyncor runs again, it will take the modifications, make the updates in the database and whatever entries do not match (the entries that were seen as duplicates) will be marked for deletion by iDash.
