Issue/Introduction

Spectrum NCM TFTP Load Firmware Task fails when uploading large files. Smaller files do not have this issue.

After setting the NCM_SnmpFirmwareUploadDebugFlag attribute id 0x8200d3  to Yes on the Device Family model (Cisco IOS for example), the following is seen in the $SPECROOT/VNM.OUT file after reproducing the issue
