Remote Grid Node Not Running Jobs

Issue/Introduction

CCA Remote Grid Node server is installed and registered to the CCA Primary Grid.  But the grid is unable to execute any new discovery jobs.

Environment

CA Configuration Automation - All versions

Resolution

Make sure the Grid Node version matches the same version and build of CCA that is installed on the CCA Primary Server and other Grid Node versions.

Check the following file on the Grid node server.
/Program Files/CA/CCA Grid Node/lib/caacm-core.jar
/Program Files/CA/CCA Grid Node/lib/caacm-api.jar

Make sure the date and size of the file matches the same file on the CCA Server.

/Program Files/CA/CCA Server/tomcat/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/lib/caacm-core.jar
/Program Files/CA/CCA Server/tomcat/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/lib/caacm-api.jar
 

Additional Information

If a change is needed on the Grid Node server, make sure to back up a copy of the existing jar files before replacing it with a the new files.  Then restart the Grid Node service.
