Unable to Create Autosys Instance in the iDash Admin Tool

Issue/Introduction

I am trying to create an Autosys instance in the Admin Tool but the instance information isn’t getting saved.

Environment

CA Workload Automation iDash r12.0.X

Resolution

When you add a new AE instance, you have to click on the first icon (the one to the left of the icon that has a piece of paper with a pencil). It will ask you to enter your 3-letter AE instance name and then you can enter the Autosys details. After that, you should be able to save and validate the information.
