Unable to acknowledge / clear alarms in Spectrum OneClick Console

Issue/Introduction

When a Spectrum Alarm is manually acknowledged (or) cleared, the below error is observed:

SPC-OCC-10207: Error clearing the following alarms(s):

Cause

This could happen when the SpectroSERVER and the OneClick Server have a synchronization issue

Environment

Spectrum running on all supported platforms

Resolution

To resolve the synchronization issue, please restart tomcat on the OneClick server.

Please reference the "Start and Stop the OneClick Web Server from the Command Line" section of the documentation on how to restart tomcat on the OneClick server.
