Issue/Introduction

In the inspection view the operation shows (no date) ( no incoming request found) error for all virtualized services but the services are responding as expected.

Environment

All supported DevTest releases and platforms..

Cause

N/A

Resolution

There can be multiple reasons to not show the request details in inspection view.



1) VSE logging level is set to ERROR or WARN mode in logging.properties file. You can change it to INFO as below:



log4j.logger.VSE=INFO,VSEAPP



Note that for performance environment the recommendation is to set the VSE log level to WARN or ERROR.

2) Increase the buffer size for the the request event details by setting the property below in the local.properties file and restart the components. 



lisa.vse.request.event.set.buffer.size=400

3) If the Quiet option in the VSM steps is checked, uncheck the Quiet option, save and redeploy the service to the VSE.
