Some users may experience the below error message when trying to login to the Gateway.

If any user has an associated certificate then the user must use certificate authentication to access policy manager. A user ID and password will not be accepted.
To resolve the issue you will need to lookup the problem user in the identity provider and revoke his/her certificate. Password authentication will then work.
