No permissions for crontab on Virtual Appliance

Issue/Introduction

Virtual Appliance does not allow to use the crontab.

There are no permissions for crontab administration

Environment

Virtual Appliance 14.0, 14.1, 14.2

Cause

This is due to the security measures around the Virtual Appliance.

Resolution

Starting from Cumulative Patch (CP)0001 of version 14.0 the config user has been granted usage of the crontab command.
The "config" user is allowed to edit the crontab file by running "crontab -e"
