Issue/Introduction

We are trying to modify an attribute value inside client tools but the field is locked. Is there anyway to modify this value inside the eurekify.cfg from Client Tools?

Identity Governance 14.1

Resolution

Yes it is possible to do this. In order to achieve this you need to first unlock the configuration file (If it is locked)

1) Open client tools, select "File", and click "Review Database"

2) Select your configuration that you are trying to modify and uncheck "Write Protected"

3) Once this is done you need to change the "File Type" to "User Database Files"

4) Now you can open this file and you can edit the Users attribute value.
