After upgrading CA Service Desk Manager (CA SDM) or applying a cumulative patch, some parts of the SDM UI do not show properly.
CA Service Desk Manager 17.x
All Supported Operating Systems
Run the following commands on the CA SDM server(s):
pdm_webcache -H
pdm_webcache -b
After this is completed, close all web browser windows, clear web browser cache and attempt to access the CA SDM UI.
