LL not working for all systems

Issue/Introduction

LL doesn't seem to be working. The listings do get moved from a STG.LISTLIB to PRD.LISTLIB and in some cases LL can find it and in other cases it cannot. It depends on if the move is set to M or G and system and type that is moving. For example it works for type COB w move=M but not for type JCL. BTW, both COB and JCL use processor MOUTPUT for move.

The processor needs to monitor output components. you can use the Search and Replace utility to update existing component lists with correct listing library names.
