A user defined with the same profile as mine gets a different menu when entering PCS.
 

A colleague that is defined to FAQS ASO (via the SCTY option) has the same profile as I do.   When I enter PCS I get a menu with 21 items to select from.   
When he enters PCS, he gets a menu with only 5 items (Y, H, O, M, and X).   I deleted his ID from ASO and then created a new one for him by placing a C next to my ID and over typing the ID with his, but that made no difference. 
How can I fix this?

Resolution

Enter PCS from the main screen and select option “S” - System Security.   From that screen, select option “O”- Online Function Security.
In this particular case, we found his  'MODEL ID' was $DEFAULT and ours was CGI so we changed his to CGI.
