Why am I not seeing the CA Logo on my printed or emailed NFA 9.3.8 Custom Reports?

Issue/Introduction

In NFA 9.3.8, printed and emailed Custom Reports are not showing the CA Logo on upper left corner.  Instead there is an "x" like below:

Environment

NFA 9.3.8

Resolution

1. Edit the \CA\NFA\Reporter\web\web.config file in a text editor.


2. Remove the line below:

<add name="X-Content-Type-Options" value="nosniff" /> 


3. Save the file and run "iisreset".

4. Attempt to Print or Email the report again and you should see the CA Logo like below:

If you are seeing missing graphs in your PDF reports with HTTPS enabled, please apply the Cumulative Patch found here:
